Built from materials that age well
We favor sturdy textiles, solid hardware, refillable vessels, and finishes that can handle daily use without feeling disposable.
CUSTOM SOLAR PV MODULES
Solar PV modules engineered around your equipment — not the other way around.

The problem
Most equipment makers don't come to us looking for "a panel." They come with a product that a catalog module can't fit. In all of these cases, the real task is not buying a panel — it is making PV fit an existing product structure and electrical system.
Your enclosure, housing or roof leaves an area that no off-the-shelf module matches in length, width or aspect ratio.
Your charging circuit expects a specific input window, and a standard 12 V module sits above or below it.
You need more watts from a smaller footprint than a standard module delivers.
Poles, RV roofs, marine decks and portable products set hard limits on weight, thickness and fixing points.
Cable exits, connectors and mounting holes must land exactly where your BOM needs them — not where a stock module puts them.
What we customize
Every Polynet custom module is configured across seven dimensions — the first four define its electrical and mechanical design:
We favor sturdy textiles, solid hardware, refillable vessels, and finishes that can handle daily use without feeling disposable.
Each collection starts with a familiar use case: the commute, the kitchen counter, the weekend bag, or the desk that never stays empty.
Clear shipping windows, straightforward returns, and practical care notes make the purchase feel easy before and after delivery.
What we customize
Three further dimensions make the module a native part of your product:
MC4, bare leads or the connector your BOM specifies, with cable length and exit position arranged to meet your device's glands and routing.
OEM labeling so the module reads as an integrated part of your product.
Glass or flexible build, frame, thickness and mounting points arranged around how the panel attaches to your equipment.
How it works
The process is built to move from your constraints to a manufacturable design:

Typical applications
Six equipment families routinely need PV that catalog modules cannot provide — each with its own footprint, electrical and environmental constraints.
Street, garden and area lights where the panel forms part of the luminaire and must match its footprint, output and appearance.
Pump controllers and inverters supplied by arrays matched to the pump's power class and input window.
CCTV columns, camera trailers and off-grid security units that need charging within a limited mounting area.
Weather stations, gateways and tracking devices powered by compact modules sized to the enclosure.
Roof and deck installations where every millimeter of height and every kilogram of weight counts.
Portable power stations, off-grid cabinets and other products where solar is a designed-in feature rather than an add-on.

Example
The PNM40M10 40W custom solar panel shows what this looks like in practice: a 40W monocrystalline module in a compact 565×395 mm format, 25 mm thick and 3.0 kg, with MC4 compatible connectors and cable length configurable to the customer's device. It is a working example of the small-power end of our custom range — not its limit. If your application calls for different dimensions, voltage or connectors, that is exactly what this page is for.

The more precisely you describe the application, the faster engineering can respond with a manufacturable proposal. Send your requirements to sales1@polynetpv.com.
Watts your application needs.
Available dimensions in mm, including shape constraints.
Battery bus or charge-controller input window (e.g., 12 V / 24 V).
Connector type and cable requirements.
Outdoor exposure, temperature range, mounting surface.
So we can propose the right production route for your project.

Send your application requirements
If a standard module doesn't fit your equipment, don't reshape your product around it. Send your dimensions, target power, voltage and application — our engineering team comes back with a proposal.
